Colter's offers a five day work week. We close at 9:30 on weekdays
and 10:00 p.m. on weekends. That means you get home at a decent

Managing
Positions Available:
General
Manager:
Responsible for total operations,complete P+L responsibilities.
Assistant
Managers:
Experienced and entry level positions available. To apply for management

Hourly
Positions:
Cashier:
Responsible for cash and credit card transactions. Excellent people
skills, Flexible hours.
Order
Taker:
responsible for taking all orders both inside and to go. Excellent
customer service skills necessary.
Drive
thru cashier:
Responsible for taking orders in the drive thru. Able to perform
cash and credit card transactions. Must be able to think on your
feet and have excellant customer service skills.
Smokehouse
positions:
Learn to cook and cut the best bbq in the world. Responsible for
preparation and serving all of our meats to our guests. This position
requires a responsible friendly person.
Grill/Fry
cooks:
Responsible for preparation and cooking of all non BBQ items. Must
possess good organizational skills.
Bus
Person:
Responsible for interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant.
Dishwasher:
Responsible for washing dishes and taking them to designated areas
of the restaurant after cleaning.
Hostess:
Responsible for pre-busing,running food items from the kitchen to
the dining room, filling drinks, bringing rolls around to the customers
and refilling all you can eat orders. Customer service excellence
is a must. All of the positions offer flexible hours and great pay.
